Biography
Born in Morfa Nefyn in the 50’s, Wini went on to study graphic design at Liverpool Polytechnic after attending school in Pwllheli. After graduating, she developed a career as a graphic designer in Liverpool and London, but the call of her homeland proved strong and she returned to the Lleyn Peninsula in 1988 where she set up her own graphic design company. Wini took a PGCE course at the University of Wales in 1992 and also works as a supply teacher in art and design technology as well as being a community tutor. She is much influenced by the ever changing colours of her homeland and the visual richness of the Welsh countryside. She has exhibited extensively in Wales.
