Wynne Jenkins XXXX - current
Biography
A native of Llangennech, near Llanelli, and graduate of the University of Wales in Swansea, Wynne uses the form and colour of the landscape and buildings of his country for inspiration. The palette knife is his medium and he is much influenced by Kyffin Williams and Gwilym Prichard. Wynne exhibits in galleries across South and Mid Wales and is a winner of the Edith Lodwick Memorial Prize presented by the Carmarthen Sketch Club. He has lived in Carmarthenshire for more than 30 years.
